Party Poker US Players

Players from the United States are not allowed to play on Party Poker. This is the policy that has been in effect on Party Poker since late 2006. Not only are US players not allowed to play the real money cash games and tournaments on Party Poker bonus, but they are also not allowed to have any gaming whatsoever even in play money on the website. For all intents and purposes, US players are completely banned from all of those activities.

Their continued legal action against Party Poker parent company Party Gaming is proof of this. Therefore, Party Poker can be expected to remain outside the US market until such time as that policy changes.

The bottom line is that US players should look elsewhere for their online poker entertainment. The situation between Party Poker and the US government is a stand-off that is not likely to resolve itself at any point in the near future. Players from Canada and other North American countries may still be able to play at Party Poker however and gain the bonuses that they offer.
